Happy New Year! Can I still say that? It’s January 10th, is it too late? Well I don’t care, I’ll say it again: happy new year! I hope 2011 will bring you everything you hoped for!
A new year also always means a fresh start and as many others I had the same urge to start with something fresh. So I decided to update my personal website, this one: www.basvandenbeld.com. The old site was very much a blog but you all know that I do most of my blogging on State of Search. I also do some blogging here, but that is more about what I do than about what is going on in the world of search and social. Though I will continue to blog here now and again, the focus of this site must be to let you know what I do.
So, a fresh year, a new design. Very fresh isn’t it? Compared to the old site there are many changes. The focus as said lies more on what I do and less on the blog. This means that from the homepage you can more easily see what I do and navigate there. And it looks just a bit more professional

I will update my Dutch site soon too but will first make this one more perfect. And there will also be a redesign of State of Search soon! On the blog you will be able to keep following all the things I do and have an opinion on which needs to be expressed. Hope to see you back here often!
